I'm off to my happy place in about a month.
What better time to think more about what I'm eating and which exercise I should be doing.
I've started a program called Visibly Fit in 84 days. Nope. It's not a diet. It's a completely different way to "Keep an open mind to necessary endings and new beginnings to become the best version of myself."
